Terms of use
By using PR.SOCIAL you accept these terms.
01
What PR.SOCIAL is
- 1.1PR.SOCIAL is an exchange of tasks: advertisers place tasks in social networks, and performers do them from their own accounts for a reward.
- 1.2We keep the exchange running: we take orders, check the tasks that were done and pay the rewards. We are not the employer of performers and take no part in the relations between you and a social network.
- 1.3PR.SOCIAL is not connected with the social networks and does not act in their name. Their names and marks belong to their owners.
- 1.4By creating an account you accept these terms, the Rules and the Privacy policy.
02
Who can use the site
- 2.1You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need the permission of a parent or a guardian.
- 2.2You may use the site only if the law of your country allows such work and such payouts. Keeping to that law is your responsibility.
- 2.3A person whose account was closed for a violation may not register again.
03
Your account
- 3.1One person has one account.
- 3.2The data you give must be true and your own: the email, the social accounts, the payout address.
- 3.3You are responsible for everything that is done from your account. Keep the password and the codes to yourself. If you think someone else has got access, change the password and write to Support.
04
Tasks and rewards
- 4.1Every task shows its reward before you take it. The reward is added to your balance after the task is checked and accepted.
- 4.2A task is accepted or rejected by our check. A task that does not meet its conditions or the Rules is not paid for.
- 4.3Rewards, the kinds of tasks and their number may change at any time. A change does not touch what is already on your balance.
- 4.4We do not promise any number of tasks or any level of earnings: both depend on the orders of advertisers.
- 4.5The balance shows what is due to you for accepted tasks. It is not a bank account: no interest is paid on it, and it can be used only in the ways these terms name.
05
Payouts
- 5.1You can ask for a payout when your account is not restricted and the conditions of the Wallet are met. Before you send a request, the Wallet shows the ways of payout, the least sum, the fee and the steps a request goes through.
- 5.2A payout goes to the address you give. You are responsible for the address and for its network: a transfer to a wrong address cannot be returned.
- 5.3Before a payout we may check the account and its tasks. For the time of the check a request may be held, and when a violation of the Rules is found it is rejected.
- 5.4What was earned by breaking the rules is not paid out.
- 5.5The networks that carry a payout and the wallets that receive it do not belong to us. Their delays, fees and rules are outside our control.
- 5.6Taxes and reports on your income in your country are your own duty.
06
Social networks and your accounts
- 6.1You work with your own accounts and decide yourself which tasks to take.
- 6.2Every social network has rules of its own. It may limit, block or delete an account at its own discretion, for actions connected with tasks too. We do not take part in such decisions and are not responsible for them or for their consequences.
- 6.3We never ask for the password of your social account. The one exception is the Tools section: an account you add there works on our side with your consent, on the conditions shown in that section.
- 6.4Work through the tools carries the same risk of limits by a social network. You accept this risk when you turn a tool on.
- 6.5One account of each social network can be linked.
- 6.6An account can be unlinked before the free date by returning what it was paid for its tasks (an early unlink). The sum is shown before it is taken and is not given back after the unlink.
07
The content of tasks
- 7.1The links and the materials of tasks come from advertisers. We check orders against our rules, but we do not create their content, and it does not express our opinion.
- 7.2You are free not to take any task. If a task seems unlawful, deceptive or unsafe, do not do it and tell Support.
- 7.3What you post while doing a task (a comment, a review, a repost) is published by you from your own account, and you are responsible for it.
08
Orders
- 8.1An order is paid from the balance when it is placed. Its price is shown before you confirm.
- 8.2The advertiser is responsible for the link and the materials of an order: they must be lawful and must not break the rights of other people or the rules of the social network.
- 8.3An order is done by real people, so we do not promise the time in which it will be completed. A social network may remove or not count some actions at its own discretion.
- 8.4We may refuse or stop an order that breaks these terms. The part of an order that was not done comes back to the balance.
09
What we are responsible for
- We add the reward of every accepted task to your balance.
- We pay every request that has passed the checks, in its turn.
- We return to the advertiser the part of an order that was not done.
- We keep your data the way the Privacy policy says.
- We correct our own mistakes: a task rejected or an account restricted by our error is put right, and the balance is returned.
10
What we are not responsible for
- The decisions of social networks about your accounts.
- The content of advertisers’ links and materials.
- The number of tasks and the size of your earnings.
- Breaks in the work of the site, of payout networks and of other services that are not ours.
- Losses caused by a wrong payout address, by a password or a code given to another person, or by a breach of these terms.
- 10.1As far as the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the sum on your balance and the sums paid out to you in the year before the claim.
11
Violations
- 11.1For a breach of these terms or of the Rules we may reject a task, give a warning, restrict the account or close it. The Rules describe how this works.
- 11.2When a restriction is lifted, the balance of the account is set to zero and all linked social accounts are unlinked. The work starts anew.
- 11.3If the restriction was our mistake, it is lifted and the balance is returned.
- 11.4A restriction can be appealed in Support.
- 11.5You can close your account at any time: write to Support.
12
The site and its materials
- 12.1The site, its design, texts and programs belong to us. They may not be copied or used in another service without our consent.
- 12.2The screenshots you send are used to check tasks and to settle disputes.
13
Changes and contact
- 13.1We may change these terms. The new text is published on this page with its date, and we tell about a significant change in the cabinet at least 14 days before it takes effect.
- 13.2By using the site after a change you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, you can close the account and ask for a payout of your balance.
- 13.3A dispute is first settled through Support. Questions about these terms: Support in the cabinet or [email protected].
